How do I book a pitch?
Go to the Book Pitch page, choose your date and time slot, fill in your details, and confirm. You'll receive a booking code immediately.
Can I pay online?
Yes! We accept card payments, bank transfers, and USSD via our secure Valuepay gateway. You can also choose to pay on arrival.
How do I track my booking?
Visit the Track page and enter your email and booking code. Your booking status will be displayed instantly.
How do I reserve a cinema seat?
Go to the Cinema page, find the match you want to watch, and click Reserve Seat. Select your seats and confirm your details.
What is the cancellation policy?
Please contact us at least 2 hours before your slot to cancel. Refunds are processed within 24–48 hours for online payments.
Do you have parking?
Yes, we have on-site parking available for all customers at no extra charge.
